Service charge
In accordance with the Allocation of Tips Act, 2024, all tips are shared fairly between our staff. No service charge is added to your bill – we leave this entirely at your discretion.
Allergens
We have tailored menus for certain allergies and intolerances; namely pescatarian, vegetarian, vegan, dairy free, gluten free, nut free, no seafood. If your specific needs are not covered by these, or is any combination of these, we may not be able to cater for you.
Every dish is thoughtfully crafted, with each ingredient contributing to the overall balance, so while we will always try to accommodate dietary requirements, modifications are kept as limited as possible. Some ingredients are used across multiple elements of the menu and are essential to the overall dishes; therefore, they cannot be removed or adapted. These include vinegar, soy, sulphites, onion, garlic, citrus, and celery.
Due to the nature of our tasting menu and the complexity of our kitchen, we kindly ask that all dietary requirements and allergies are communicated at the time of booking by the lead guest. We are unable to accommodate any dietary requests that have not already been pre-booked in advance. Please call us on 01525 290692 to discuss before booking.
Dress code
Dress code is smart casual. No sportswear please.
Children
Children over the age of 5 are welcome to dine with us for the lunchtime sitting and children over the age of 12 are welcome after 6pm to enjoy the Tasting Menu. We regret that, as a courtesy to other diners, children under the age of 5 are not permitted at Paris House, unless as part of a group using our Private Dining Room.
Accessibility
Paris House has wheelchair access via a ramp at the rear of the building. Regrettably we do not have a downstairs lavatory – the toilets are located on the first floor via a staircase with a sturdy single banister and a landing at the half way point. A member of our team will be more than happy to assist you with the stairs.
