Congratulations to Chef Jorge for his much deserved promotion to Junior Sous Chef. Definitely not just because of his excellent staff lunches… although they are pretty hard to beat.

Jorge joined us as a Chef de Partie in 2022, bringing his international experience to the team. Cordon Bleu trained, Jorge has worked in top end restaurants from Berlin to Shanghai and of course his native Lisbon.

He loves to travel and spend time with his young family. Well done Jorge!
