Congratulations to Chef Daisy who has just been promoted to Chef de Partie on our Pastry section!

Daisy was raised in Paris, trained at Le Cordon Bleu and then worked at Ritz Paris.

After further honing her skills in a couple of wedding cake shops, she started her own cake business whilst raising her two sons. Daisy joined us 18 months ago and has become a much loved and trusted member of the Paris House family. Her promotion is thoroughly deserved!
