Carriage Drive & Dine

What an absolute treat – join us for our Paris House Carriage Drive & Dine.

In true Downton style, you will be collected from Paris House by our friends at Westways Carriage Horses and introduced to your Coachman, Groom, trusty steeds and classic original carriage. You’ll climb aboard and embark on an hour long drive around the Woburn Estate, stopping on the Chambers Bridge for a glass of Champagne and photo opportunity before returning to the restaurant for a six course tasting menu.

Tickets include Carriage Ride, Champagne on Chambers Bridge, six course tasting menu. £250 per person. Additional drinks to be paid separately.

Please Note:

In dry weather, an open topped carriage will be used, which you sit atop, exposed to the elements and, of course, the stunning views. Knee blankets will be provided but we advise you to wear your warmest overcoat, hat, gloves & muffler suitable for the weather. Umbrellas are available on board in case of an unexpected shower.

If it is wet, we will swap to an enclosed carriage which you will sit inside – perfectly cosy and dry. The drive will go ahead in all but the worst of weathers. If Westways Carriage Horses deem it unsuitable to drive, you will be offered an alternative date or refund.

Our carriages are all of a traditional Victorian style. Please inform us if you may have difficulty boarding a carriage to discuss options.

Unless your party takes up all available spaces, you will share with other parties.
