Paris House at Home Celebration Set Menu
A premium Paris House style Festive Menu for when you want to push the boat out!
BREAD & BUTTER - Paris House Baguette with our infamous Marmite Butter
TROUT - Warm sea-reared trout, marinated with white miso and soy sauce, cooked 'Mi Cuit' and quickly charred, served with goma wakame, a traditional Japanese condiment of finely sliced wakame seaweed with a sesame dressing, slow cooked watermelon radish and a white miso and dashi broth. 10 - 15 minutes prep time.
DUCK - Pan roasted duck breast and a boudin sausage made from the legs and umbles with a blackberry sauce, roasted and puréed winter pumpkin and poached celery heart. 10 - 15 minutes prep time.
QUINCE & PISTACHIO - Iranian pistachio and honey Baklava with slow baked quince, mulled port and whipped mascarpone. 5 -10 minutes prep time.
CHEESE – a selection of 5 artisan cheeses, with crackers and garnish
PETITS FOURS – Phil’s handmade chocolates: 65% Inaya Dark Chocolate with Damson Ganache; 41% Milk Chocolate with Iranian Pistachio, Medjool Date & Toasted Cashews; 29% Ivory White chocolate with a caramac and Cep fudge centre.
