Paris House ‘Pimmsecco’ Recipe
Our Head Waiter Thomas, has designed this delicious cocktail based on Britain’s two favourite drinks for the summer! A twist on the normal Pimm’s cocktail, this should add a bit of sparkle to your Wimbledon viewing.
50ml Strawberry Purée (Boiron™)
20ml Basil syrup (Monin™)
Juice of ½ lime
– Muddle together with crushed ice
– Serve in a hi-ball glass & top with your favourite Prosecco
– Garnish with a fresh strawberry and a slice of lime
