March Fish Showcase
To celebrate 5 years since we took ownership of Paris House, we’re running 5 special birthday showcase menus (alongside our normal menus).
Our Showcase Fish Menu is available throughout the month of March, excluding Saturday evenings.
£79 per person. All Showcase Menus must be pre-ordered, booked and paid for.

Red Mullet Ceviche
Raw Mediterranean red mullet with a fresh citrus dressing, shavings of white asparagus and salty fingers.
Smoked Trout Riellette
Hot smoked chalk stream trout flakes dressed in caramelised crème fraiche with fresh wasabi, compressed cucumber and herbs
Sicilian Red Prawn
Gently cooked red prawns with linguine, Bella di Cerignola green olives and Romesco sauce
Spiced and roast monkfish tail with mussels in a curried cream sauce, slow cooked peppers and puffed rice
Dover Sole, off the bone, with brown shrimp, nut butter & capers
Menu is charged at £79 per head and must be pre-booked and paid for. If not all members of your party would like to take the special menu, it can be served alongside a 5 course Sentaku menu.
A discretionary 12.5% service charge will be added to your bill
