In celebration of English Wine Week and our Great British Menu, we are delighted to introduce our Great British Wine Pairing. Our new sommelier, Howie Sayers, has put together the pairing from wines across the country which perfectly match each of the dishes.

Howie has been involved in wine for over 20 years, from buying to food matching, editorial to wine flights, with a share in a small vineyard in Italy. His knowledge and compelling stories of wine-growing regions make him a very welcome member of the team!
