Dispel the myth of the tricky soufflé! Anyone who remembers the 80s will remember the pressure and kudos attached to creating the perfect soufflé. Things have moved on since then and in this Masterclass, Phil will dispel those myths and give you the skills you need to master the art of the soufflé with a variety of fabulous flavours.
This is a hands-on course suitable for beginners through to keen cooks – Phil will happily tailor the content dependent on ability. There will be a maximum of 4 people on each course, guaranteeing quality time and focus for each individual.
The day begins with an introduction to the lesson over tea or coffee before entering the Paris House kitchen. The Masterclass will be hosted in our state of the art demo kitchen and will last approximately 2 hours. This will be followed by a glass of bubbles & canapés and a 5 course lunch at the Chef’s Table with your fellow Masterclass pupils.
