Under the expert tutelage of our award-winning chefs, learn how to select the perfect fish and then learn the elements of preparation required before the cooking begins.
Here’s how to make it into an outstanding salmon dish with our talented team of chefs. You’ll learn methods and techniques such as dry curing and hot smoking, flame grilling, pan frying and slow cooking. This interactive, hands-on course will take you through all the steps to two fabulous salmon dishes.
This is a hands-on course suitable for beginners through to keen cooks – Phil will happily tailor the content dependent on ability. There will be a maximum of 4 people on each course, guaranteeing quality time and focus for each individual.
The day begins with an introduction to the lesson over tea or coffee before entering the Paris House kitchen. The Masterclass will be hosted in our state of the art demo kitchen and will last approximately 2 hours. This will be followed by a glass of bubbles & canapés and a 5-course lunch at the Chef’s Table with your fellow Masterclass pupils.
