Any Bake Off fans will have seen how tricky pastry can be to get just right. Now it’s your turn to master the skills of the perfect pastry. Learn the top tips and skills from our top chefs to be successful with baking and pastry making.
You’ll tackle shortcrust, tuile, choux and rough puff and learn how to adjust and refine them for different dishes. Prepare to be well floured, evenly rolled and perfectly baked!
This is a hands-on course suitable for beginners through to keen cooks – Phil will happily tailor the content dependent on ability. There will be a maximum of 4 people on each course, guaranteeing quality time and focus for each individual.
The day begins with an introduction to the lesson over tea or coffee before entering the Paris House kitchen. The Masterclass will be hosted in our state of the art demo kitchen and will last approximately 2 hours. This will be followed by a glass of bubbles & canapés and a 5-course lunch at the Chef’s Table with your fellow Masterclass pupils.
