Pasta is so popular these days its fast becoming as much a British classic as an Italian one! And fresh pasta is so good, it’s almost a crime not to be able to make your own.

Master the art of pasta making with our award winning chefs. You’ll learn how to make ravioli, tortellini, gnocchi and will create our much loved Egg Yolk Ravioli dish to prove your newly learnt skills.

This is sure to impress and will turn those midweek pasta panics into a night to look forward to.

Phil Fanning is a Michelin chef with many awards and accolades to his name. His easy-going and friendly nature create an informal and fun environment in which to learn. Mentoring and teaching is one of Phil’s absolute passions, so he and his team love to share their knowledge and help to welcome people in to the secrets of the culinary world!

This is a hands-on course suitable for beginners through to keen cooks – Phil will happily tailor the content dependent on ability. There will be a maximum of 4 people on each course, guaranteeing quality time and focus for each individual.

The day begins with an introduction to the lesson over tea or coffee before entering the Paris House kitchen. The Masterclass will be hosted in our state of the art demo kitchen and will last approximately 2 hours. This will be followed by a glass of bubbles & canapés and a 5 course lunch at the Chef’s Table with your fellow Masterclass pupils. Additional lunch guests are welcome to join you at a cost of £99 per head.
