There’s nothing quite like the smell or taste of freshly baked bread. In this Masterclass, our chefs will dispel the myth that bread making is complicated and time-consuming and introduce you to techniques and recipes to replicate at home.
Learn how to fold & shape dough to create beautiful baguettes, enjoy an introduction into stone baking and delve into the world of enriched doughs.
This course will be the perfect rise for any budding baker.
This is a hands-on course suitable for beginners through to keen cooks – Phil will happily tailor the content dependent on ability. There will be a maximum of 4 people on each course, guaranteeing quality time and focus for each individual.
The day begins with an introduction to the lesson over tea or coffee before entering the Paris House kitchen. The Masterclass will be hosted in our state of the art demo kitchen and will last approximately 2 hours. This will be followed by a glass of bubbles & canapés and a 5 course lunch at the Chef’s Table with your fellow Masterclass pupils. Additional lunch guests are welcome to join you at a cost of £99 per head.
