Private Dining Menus
Head Chef Phil Fanning and his team have created a variety of extra special menus suitable for every occasion.
We invite you to create your own set menu for your party choosing from the dishes below. Prices range from £34 to £87 for a 4 course menu; from £36 to £92 for a six course tasting menu and from £71 to £112 for an 8 course gourmand tasting menu. The final price is generated depending on the dishes chosen for your menu.

STARTERS
Soused mackerel with fennel escabeche and pink grapefruit
Rabbit terrine with red onion marmalade and orange brioche
Confit salmon with beetroot and horseradish
Sweet potato kofta with sweet chilli jam and mango salsa
Smoked duck and foie gras with sour cherries
MAIN COURSE & FISH COURSE
Roast loin of lamb with basil pomme purée, black olive and anchovy sauce
Sole paupiette with scallop mousse asparagus and herb bubbles
Roast chicken with wild mushrooms, bacon lardons and caramelized shallot
Mushroom tortellini with artichoke a la Grecque and black garlic
Pan fried bass with crab lemon purée and sauce vierge
DESSERT
White chocolate rice pudding with raspberry jam and custard
Vanilla marshmallow, iced parfait and warm chocolate sauce
Strawberries and cream, poached meringue and strawberry sorbet
Passion fruit soufflé hot chocolate espuma
Lemon drizzle cake with blueberries and yoghurt ice cream
