After a gentle start to the day you will become the newest member of our Kitchen Brigade, experiencing the process, team work and pressure of a our kitchen, whilst assisting with the preparation of the chef’s mise en place.
As service approaches you will be invited to take a seat on our iconic Chef’s Table to enjoy a 6 course tasting menu whilst watching the full drama of the lunch service unfold. When you have finished your lunch you are welcome to hang up your apron for the day or break for the afternoon and join us again for the dinner service which will offer an insight in to different techniques and skills for our evening menus and will allow involvement in the delivery of food with in a tightly controlled service environment.
