Be a Chef for the Day!

Have you ever wondered what happens behind the scenes of an award winning kitchen with a Michelin Starred chef?  Well now you can experience this in person by stepping in to the engine room of Paris House restaurant. 

After a gentle start to the day you will be handed your Chef Whites and become the newest member of our team, learning the tricks of the trade whilst assisting with the preparation of the lunch service.  Following a light lunch with the Head Chef on our Chef's Table you will participate in the full drama of the lunch service, working and learning about each section of the kitchen including the pass with the Head Chef. 

When the last guest has left from lunch you are welcome to hang up your Chefs Whites for the day or join us again for the dinner service which will offer an insight in to different techniques and skills for our evening menus.

A unique experience, definitely not for the faint hearted!
